Your Health Journey

Working together, our journey

Improving your health doesn’t have to mean turning your life upside down.

Many of the people who come to me feel confused by all the conflicting health advice out there. They know they want to feel better, but they’re not sure where to start, what’s right for them, or why previous attempts haven’t worked.

That’s where I can help.

As a qualified CNM Health Coach and Nutrition Advisor, I take the time to get to know you as an individual. Together, we’ll look beyond symptoms and quick fixes to understand what’s really going on and create a realistic plan that fits into your life.

My approach is supportive, practical and completely tailored to you.

Step One:
Understanding You

Every health journey starts with understanding where you are now.

Before we meet, I’ll ask you to complete a health questionnaire and keep a food and drink diary for a few days.

This gives me valuable insight into your current habits and lifestyle.

But I’m interested in much more than what you’re eating.

We’ll talk about:
• Your health goals
• Energy levels
• Sleep
• Stress
• Movement
• Daily routines
• Any symptoms or concerns you may have

This helps me build a complete picture of your health and understand where you need the most support.

Step Two:
Looking at the Bigger Picture

One of the things I love most about this work is helping people see the bigger picture.

Health isn’t just about what’s on your plate.

It’s about how well you’re sleeping, how you’re managing stress, how active you are, how hydrated you are, and the habits you’ve developed over time.

Together we’ll explore the areas that may be affecting your wellbeing and identify where small changes could make the biggest difference.

Often, it’s these simple shifts that lead to the most meaningful results.

Step Three:
Your Personalised Plan

Once I have a clear understanding of your needs, I’ll create personalised recommendations tailored specifically to you.

These might include:
• Nutrition guidance
• Meal and food suggestions
• Lifestyle recommendations
• Habit-building strategies
• Stress and sleep support
• Natural health recommendations where appropriate

There are no rigid rules, impossible plans or expectations of perfection.
Instead, we’ll focus on realistic changes that feel achievable and sustainable.

From there, I’ll create a plan tailored to your needs and goals.

This includes:

Guidance on making healthier choices and shifting your mindset around food

Step Four:
Your Ongoing Support

Knowing what to do is one thing.

Actually making those changes and sticking with them when life gets busy is often the hardest part.

That’s why support is such an important part of what I do.

As your Health Coach, I’ll help you stay motivated, work through challenges and celebrate your progress along the way.

I’m here to encourage you, keep you accountable and help you build confidence in the changes you’re making.

Because lasting health isn’t created through quick fixes.

It’s built through small, consistent steps over time.

Still considering?

Here are some of the questions I’m most often asked.

What is Health Coaching?

Health coaching is about helping you make sustainable changes that support your wellbeing.
It’s not about being told what you “should” do. Instead, I work alongside you to help you identify your goals, overcome obstacles, build healthy habits and stay motivated as you make positive changes.

What’s the difference between nutrition advice and health coaching?

Nutrition advice focuses on helping you understand which foods and eating habits best support your health.
Health coaching goes a step further by helping you put those changes into practice. Together, we’ll look at lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, movement, mindset and daily routines, helping you create habits that feel realistic and sustainable.

Do I need a specific health condition to work with you?

Not at all.
Many of my clients simply want more energy, healthier habits, support with weight management, improved wellbeing, or guidance on creating a healthier lifestyle.
Whether you have a specific health concern or simply want to feel your best, we can work together to create a personalised plan that supports your goals.

Will I be given a strict diet plan?

No.
I don’t believe lasting health comes from restrictive diets or rigid rules.
Instead, I provide personalised guidance, practical recommendations and ongoing support to help you make changes that fit your lifestyle and feel achievable long term.

How long does it take to see results?

Everyone is different, so there isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer.

Many clients begin to notice positive changes in their energy, confidence and eating habits within a few weeks. The focus is always on creating sustainable improvements that continue to support your health over the long term.

What happens during the first consultation?

Before we meet, you’ll complete a health questionnaire and a food and drink diary.

We’ll then explore your health history, lifestyle, goals and any challenges you’re experiencing. This helps me build a clear understanding of your individual needs so I can provide personalised recommendations and support.care.
