Rooted in Staffordshire

My journey into nutrition started with a simple curiosity: how much of a difference can food and lifestyle really make to the way we feel? That curiosity quickly grew into a passion, and before long I found myself diving deep into the world of nutrition, herbs, and holistic health.

I’m proud to be based in Staffordshire, where I work with clients locally and beyond. It’s home for me, and I love being able to support people in my own community as well as further afield.

Along the way, I’ve earned a Level 4/5 Diploma in Nutrition and a Diploma in Longevity, Herbs and Supplements. But for me, learning never really stops. I’m currently studying with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), expanding my knowledge in Health Coaching so I can bring even more to the people I work with.

What I love most is helping clients see the bigger picture. It’s not just about what’s on your plate — it’s about sleep, hydration, movement, hormones, and mindset. When all of these areas start to work together, that’s when real, lasting change happens.

I take a holistic, down-to-earth approach, supporting you in building habits that feel natural and sustainable, you can feel confident knowing you’re in safe hands.
